ArkiEtu is a pilot service designed to make it easier to show eligibility in selected service situations.

Nature of the service

ArkiEtu is not an authority-issued document. The service is based on user-submitted proof and internal review.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information and proof they submit are correct, current, and lawful.

Limitations

• partners may apply their own current practices
• a reviewed card does not automatically guarantee a benefit in every situation
• the pilot may change or include temporary service interruptions

Account restriction

ArkiEtu may remove or restrict an account if the service is misused or the terms are violated.
