ArkiEtu processes personal data in order to provide the service, manage the pilot, and review proof submitted by the user.

ArkiEtu processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The service follows data minimisation: only data needed for account management, proof review, card display, support, and security is collected.

What data may be processed

• name
• email
• phone number
• unemployment start date
• the last characters of a social security identifier according to the service flow
• profile image
• proof image
• notifications and in-app history

Why data is used

The data is used for account management, displaying the digital card, reviewing proof, maintaining security, and improving the pilot.

Only the minimum information required to check the card should be shown to partners or in service situations.

Data retention

Data is stored only for as long as needed for the service, the pilot, or legal obligations.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account from the app settings. Related data is then removed within technical and legal limits.
