How ArkiEtu works
Create a protected account
Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character. Accept the terms before signing up.
Verify your email address
Open the verification link sent by email. The app shows the resend cooldown and helps you correct the address if it was entered incorrectly.
Complete your profile
Add the core details needed for the card and review process.
Upload proof
Save a screenshot from Työmarkkinatori to your gallery and upload it in the app.
Follow notifications
The app notifies the user when proof is submitted, approved, or needs correction.
Show your card
After approval, you can show the digital card directly to staff.

How do I submit proof?
Log in to Työmarkkinatori in a browser, take a screenshot, make sure it is saved to your gallery, and upload it in the app.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Verification protects the account and confirms that the address belongs to you. Check Spam or Junk if the message is missing. The app can resend it or help correct a wrong address.
How long is the approval valid?
The validity period is shown in the app. During the pilot, approval is granted for a limited time.
What happens if proof is rejected?
You will receive a notification in the app and can then submit a new proof.
